I have know Dr Troell for over 10 years both personally and professionally. I have recommended both friends and family to him for a wide range of procedures. As cosmetic surgery is an art form , technique ,training and experience play an important roll in outcome. A patients expectations and their compliance in post operative care also play a vital role in the outcome . I would not feel comfortable sending a friend or family member to a surgeon who I did not have confidence in his or her ability. I also would not feel comfortable sending a patient who I felt was non compliant or unrealistic to a competent surgeon who I have known and worked with in the past. It is important to have good communicating between patient and physician. I have recommended Dr Troell with confidence in the past and will continue to do so in the future. ~ Tina K

I came to Dr. Troell in Las Vegas for a rhinoplasty, and he has truly exceeded my expectations. To start, his staff is AMAZING – they are all so kind, welcoming, and accommodating. Dr. Troell himself is just as incredible. I was nervous about the surgery, but he set realistic expectations and made the entire process so smooth and easy. At first, I was concerned when I saw my nose due to swelling, but I quickly learned that patience is KEY! Now, three weeks post-surgery, I absolutely love the results. Dr. Troell is the best doctor I've ever worked with- Period. I was lead to Dr. Troell from a simple google search after a lipo procedure from another doctor had gone wrong. I was impressed immediately with how Dr. Troell chose to be so transparent with his detailed explanation and knowledge. I've come to trust him and his ability enough that I moved forward with rhinoplasty- something that I've wanted to do my whole life but was too scared. To my surprise, I cried the first time I saw my new nose. I'm extremely happy with Dr. Troell and will not go any where else going forward. It's worth noting that Dr. Troell gives his patient's his cell phone and calls for several days after procedures to make sure you're ok. When I first meet Dr Troell, I immediately realized he was incredibly knowledgeable and professional. Dr. Troell has done a few procedures on myself and both my sisters. They span over about a 12 year.. I've always been happy with what he has done for me, I guess that is why I continue to go back to him as a doctor. I have sent three of my friends to him even though I do not live in his area but we do Fly to see him in one of his locations. I like that there is such a personal touch to his practice I believe he is probably the only doctor that still does house calls if you live in his area. I have known Dr. Troell since 2017. I had 2 major surgeries (tummy tuck and breast augmentation from ruptured implants from the previous another doctor in Beverly Hills about 15 years ago). I was very nervous everytime I went in surgery room. As I get older, I had fear what if... what if I won't be able to wake up from anesthesia, what if.. what if the surgery goes wrong and comes out bad results and so forth. I had a lot of "what if"s. Dr. Troell was very knowledgeable and wise enough to answer all my detailed questions. He always comfort me either before or after the surgery. Most of all, both my surgery days were Christmas time. No body wanted to come out during holiday seasons. However Dr. Troell was always prompted to answer my call and come out to check even though late hours like 11 PM. I have been seeing Dr. Troell for a year. He did some work on my face and I am very happy with the results. A week ago I had co2 laser face and neck and Vader ultrasound assisted liposuction. It was a great experience. Every next day I had led red/blue light therapy to help speed up healing from co2 laser. I also had massage from Jennifer at same time.
